Our client is seeking to hire a supervisory attorney for their growing Alabama team. Qualified candidates will have 8 years of litigation experience, specifically with title and foreclosure matters. The hired attorney will be spearheading cases in Alabama with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation and mortgage litigation; this includes representing clients in litigation proceedings and in general collection cases.
This is a fabulous opportunity as the hired attorney will be working with a tight-knit and growing litigation team where they will be able to handle your own caseload. This position is fully remote, but the hire must be based and licensed in Alabama – licensure in Georgia and/or Tennessee is a plus!
