Located within The Pathmaker Hotel, our on-site resturant offers an elegant dining experience complete with a full bar, serving breakfast and dinner. We are seeking talented and personable Bartenders to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly stocked and sanitized.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink offerings.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through Aloha POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for catering events or special occasions.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food service or catering industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest interactions.
