Job Overview
We are excited to welcome passionate and dedicated Team Members to join our Bristol Sports Plex family! Our mission is to provide the best possible environment and experience for the pickleball community in the region. We are looking for team members with open availability on Sundays and Wednesdays and flexibility for additional hours on other days. If you’re enthusiastic about supporting a fun and growing sport, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with members in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Inventory and Stock Management: Help maintain product availability by restocking shelves and ensuring inventory levels are adequate.
- Facility Maintenance: Clean and maintain the facility each night to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Pickleball Mixers: Be ready to step in and play during pickleball mixers to engage with customers and help foster a lively atmosphere.
- Phone & Member Support: Answer calls and provide top-tier assistance to members, always striving to offer the best customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Excellence: You should have a friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for helping others.
- Math and Cash Handling Skills: Basic math skills to handle transactions accurately. Previous experience with cash registers is preferred.
- Pickleball Enthusiast: Ability to play or willingness to learn pickleball, helping foster a fun community.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both members and team members.
- Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to continuously improve your knowledge of products and participate in ongoing training.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
