Compensation:
- Hourly (Commensurate with Experience): $10-$12/hour

Position Purpose
The member service team is responsible for directly serving our members and their guests. This person will work as a team to provide service at bag drop, practice facility, cart barn, and bag room.
Essential Functions
- Provide first-class customer service to members and their guests.
- Cleans golf clubs for members and guests while interacting in a friendly, upbeat manner.
- Prepares golf carts for play by loading golf bags and stocking supplies.
- Provides a genuine farewell to all guests after play, cleaning clubs and loading up golf bags into cars.
- Practice Facility set-up, stocking, re-stocking, and clean-up throughout the day.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of bag room and cart barn.
- Stays familiar with the club calendar and special events.
- Cleans and re-charge golf carts after play.
- Advises pro shop of lost and found items and return said items to their owner or the golf shop.
- Goes above and beyond to anticipate the needs of our members and their guests.
- Any other duties as needed or determined by the Head Golf Professional.
Other
Regular attendance is expected in conformance with the standards established by The Patriot Golf Club. Due to the cyclical nature of the golf industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to reflect the business needs of the club.
Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with The Patriot Golf Club rules and regulations for the safe, efficient operation of the club. Employees who violate club rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to communicate with at a high level with members, guests, and fellow employees. Provide guest service and follow instructions.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and proper record-keeping methods.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Knowledge of the game and rules of golf is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 pounds, bend, run or sprint short distances; stand for extended periods of time, able to withstand exposure to heat, cold, and elements of nature.
