COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
· $100,000 to $140,000 salary range based on relevant experience.

ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
We are seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) for a military project building brand new $80 Million Dollar Bachelors Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) at Marine Corps Air Station, Yuma, AZ.
The ideal QCM candidate would have experience in building apartments, condos, hotels, etc.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality management duties including quality of the works, material management, documentation, and close-out to ensure safe, quality, efficient, and effective project execution.
- Directs inspections, documents, and updates appropriate records quickly and accurately.
- Read specifications and resource documents to determine requirements and planning procedures.
- Responsible for leading and managing quality processes including submittals, shop drawings, and as-builts.
- Creates and implements project specific inspection and test plans and quality control plans.
- Perform the USACE three phases of control, Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up.
- Supports Site Safety to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with safety procedures.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The Ideal Candidate will have all of the following:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer or Construction Manager on similar size and type construction contracts.
- At least two years’ experience as a QC Manager.
- A degree from a four-year accredited college or university program in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science.
Additional Must haves:
- Worked on similar construction projects of multi-level apartments OR military barracks/BEQ of $20Mil or greater is a must.
- Knowledge of OSHA I Federal EM-385 requirements and hazard identification and safety compliance.
- Current certificate for 'Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors'.
- Working knowledge of Procore document control system is helpful.
- US Citizenship is a must for access to US Military Installations.
