About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Military Veteran Program Coordinator to join our team in San Diego, CA. As the Military Veteran Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing programs that support the needs of our military veteran employees. You will work closely with our HR department to ensure that our veteran employees receive the support they need to succeed in their roles. This is a critical role that requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in program coordination or a related field
- Experience working with military veterans
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs that support the needs of our military veteran employees
- Collaborate with HR to ensure that our veteran employees receive the support they need to succeed in their roles
- Provide guidance and support to veteran employees as needed
- Maintain accurate records of veteran employee participation in programs
- Stay up-to-date on best practices for supporting military veteran employees
Skills:
As the Military Veteran Program Coordinator, you will use your strong organizational and project management skills to develop and implement programs that support the needs of our military veteran employees. You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide guidance and support to veteran employees as needed. Additionally, you will use your experience working with military veterans to ensure that our veteran employees receive the support they need to succeed in their roles. Your experience working in a utility industry and with HRIS systems will be beneficial in this role. Salary : $25 - $27
