Client Services Associate
Reports to: Director of Client Services
Job Summary: The Client Services Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and for being a liaison between our clients and our financial custodians. The Associate also assists portfolio managers with meeting preparation and client follow-ups. This position is process and detail oriented. The Associate should be confident, self-motivated, tech savvy, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.The Client Service Associate is responsible for understanding firm policies, procedures, and digital capabilities that will allow them to interact with the TPG team, as well as, prospective and existing clients.
Job Description:
· Prepare client and prospect account paperwork
· Field, fulfill and document client requests and queries
· Execute daily operations routines for custodial, trading and reporting system maintenance
· Help maintain key client databases and master files documentation
· Assist portfolio managers with scheduling and meeting preparation and follow-ups
· Assist with audits to meet compliance requirement
· Work professionally, independently and with a positive attitude
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS:
Education and/or Experience
· High School Diploma/Equivalency; College degree preferred
· Client or customer service experience is required
· Financial Service industry experience is required
· Series 65 certification or the willingness to obtain a Series 65
Knowledge/Skills
· Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Familiarity with Orion, Salesforce, Schwab and Pershing is helpful
· Ability to prioritize, detail orientation and superior organizational skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
