Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities :

Provide strong leadership and direction to the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.

Ensure high-quality care is delivered to all residents while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Oversee and manage the nursing department, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.

Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Monitor clinical outcomes, quality assurance programs, and resident satisfaction metrics.

Act as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and teamwork.

Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications :

Active RN license in Ohio (required).

Prior leadership experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and critical thinking abilities.

Comprehensive understanding of federal and state regulations for skilled nursing facilities.

A passion for delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
