Receptionist Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
  • Manage resident appointments and coordinate with other departments.
  • Ensure the lobby area is tidy and welcoming.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Assist with mail distribution and maintain office supplies.
  • Support administrative staff as needed with various tasks and projects.

    • Receptionist Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications a plus).
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Friendly, compassionate, and detail-oriented.
