Admissions/Marketing Director Responsibilities:
- Manage the admissions process from inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and families
- Develop and maintain strong community relationships to enhance referrals and census growth
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community partners to generate leads
- Showcase our facility’s exceptional care and services through marketing and outreach efforts
- Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
Admissions/Marketing Director Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or sales, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with families and referral sources
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for helping families navigate the transition to long-term care
