Floor Tech Responsibilities:
- Clean, strip, wax, and buff floors to maintain a polished appearance
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure hallways and common areas are spotless and hazard-free
- Assist with general housekeeping tasks as needed
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols
Floor Tech Qualifications:
- Experience in floor care or housekeeping preferred (but willing to train)
- Ability to use floor machines and cleaning chemicals properly
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
- Reliable and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards
