Now Hiring : Activity Assistant
Activity Assistant Responsibilities :
Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting a variety of recreational, social, and therapeutic activities for residents.Encourage resident participation in activities, ensuring programs are inclusive and cater to diverse interests and abilities.Set up and clean up activity spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.Provide one-on-one attention to residents as needed to support their participation in activities.Assist with special events, outings, and holiday celebrations.Document resident participation and provide feedback to the Activities Director on resident engagement and enjoyment.Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure activities are coordinated with residents' care plans.Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or mental well-being during activities.Qualifications Activity Assistant :
High school diploma or equivalent.CNA license in Florida is required.Previous experience working in a nursing home or long-term care setting is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Creative and energetic personality with a passion for working with seniors.All applicants must be able to pass a Level 2 background checkNow Hiring : Activity Assistant
