Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall management of nursing services in the facility.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve any issues related to patient care and staff performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new nursing staff.
Qualifications Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
- Licensed RN Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
- Supervisory experience in LTC / SNF
- All applicants must be able to pass a Level 2 background check
