ADON Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in managing nursing operations and staff.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Monitor patient outcomes and collaborate with the healthcare team to improve care quality.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and positive environment for residents and staff.
ADON Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Kentucky.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a long-term care setting.
