    • ADON  Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in managing nursing operations and staff.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and facility policies.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and collaborate with the healthcare team to improve care quality.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and positive environment for residents and staff.

    • ADON  Qualifications :

    Current RN license in Kentucky.

    Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

    Previous experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a long-term care setting.
