• Assisting in day-to-day clinical operations
• Supervising nursing staff and providing guidance as needed
• Supporting regulatory compliance and infection control
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
• Helping manage staff schedules, evaluations, and training initiatives
  
  
  

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications:

• Active Ohio RN license
• Prior leadership experience in long-term care or a similar setting
• Strong communication and team-building skills
