Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Conduct safety inspections and preventive maintenance to keep the facility in top condition.
- Address work orders efficiently and document completed tasks.
- Assist with facility upgrades and general upkeep, including painting, carpentry, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and nursing home standards.
- Previous experience in building maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for on-call emergencies and flexible scheduling as needed.
