- Follow dietary guidelines and individual resident meal plans.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or food service setting is a plus.
