Responsibilities Director of Nursing:
- The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the clinical aspect of the nursing home facility in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and may be directed by the Administrator, the Medical Director.
- Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- RN license in the state of Ohio
- DON experience necessary
- Must have ADON or Supervisory experince in LTC/SNF
- Interest in the geriatric population
