Nurse Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Create and manage nursing staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
- Adjust schedules as needed based on staffing changes or call-offs.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, time-off requests, and shift changes.
- Communicate scheduling updates to staff and management.
- Assist with recruitment efforts for open shifts as needed.
- Experience in scheduling, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- LPN license in Ohio
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of scheduling software and staffing regulations is a plus.
