Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Nursing in managing the day-to-day clinical operations
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality standards are upheld
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Participate in audits, care plan meetings, and regulatory compliance efforts
- Foster a positive and team-focused work environment
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
