Caregiver Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
Help residents with mobility and transfers.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Monitor and document residents’ health and report any changes to the nursing team.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Follow care plans and ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
Caregiver Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required (training available).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and assisting residents with mobility.
- Must pass a background check and meet state health requirements.
