Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain excellence in resident care
  • Develop and implement policies to improve clinical outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall facility performance

    • Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications :

  • Active RN License in Ohio
  • Previous DON experience in long-term care preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
