Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of facility operations, including budgeting, staffing, and quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including those related to health and safety.
Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver exceptional care and services to residents.
Collaborate with families, residents, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of life for residents.
Oversee the development and implementation of resident care plans.
Maintain positive relationships with regulatory bodies, contractors, and local communities.
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Qualifications :
Valid LNHA license in Ohio.
Proven experience in long-term care management, with a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to foster a compassionate, team-oriented environment.
Experience with budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning in a healthcare setting.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
