Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities :
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor residents’ health and document changes in condition.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Provide support and guidance to nursing assistants.
Respond promptly to residents’ needs and communicate effectively with families and the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications :
Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
Prior experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Compassionate and dedicated to providing quality care.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
