Maintenance Technician Responsibilities :
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of the building, equipment, and systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.).
Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
Assist in maintaining the grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep.
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and prevent issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment.
Communicate and coordinate with the administration and other staff regarding maintenance needs.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or related field (preferably in a healthcare setting).
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
Physical ability to lift, push, and carry heavy objects as needed.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
