Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Our staff provide individualized care and rehabilitation, ensuring comfort and ease on our resident’s journey to wellness. We specialize in short-term rehabilitation, sub-acute, memory and long-term care.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must have the ability to pass medications, complete physician ordered treatments, document in computerized medical record (will train in Point Click Care if needed), supervise CNAs, and converse with medical providers and families in a professional manner.
Experience for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :
At least 1 year working as a licensed practical nurse.
Qualifications for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :
- A current unencumbered license to practice nursing in the state in which the center is located.
- Demonstrates the ability to read, write, and speak English, as well as add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
