ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Client Success Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless revenue processes, supporting sales and marketing alignment, and optimizing client onboarding. You'll be responsible for CRM management, revenue reporting, and implementing strategies to improve sales efficiency and customer engagement.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Client Success Specialist to join our expanding team. This position will play a key role in :

  • Revenue Process Optimization - Enhance and streamline workflows that support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • CRM Management - Maintain and optimize CRM systems to improve data accuracy, reporting, and automation.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment - Partner with marketing to coordinate campaigns, lead generation strategies, and revenue-driving initiatives.
  • New Client Onboarding - Ensure a smooth and efficient transition for new clients, optimizing the onboarding experience.
  • Data & Analytics - Track key revenue metrics, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights for growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to remove inefficiencies and improve revenue performance.
  • POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on revenue data.
  • Understanding of sales processes, marketing campaigns, and client onboarding.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with a passion for process improvement.
