ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Client Success Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless revenue processes, supporting sales and marketing alignment, and optimizing client onboarding. You'll be responsible for CRM management, revenue reporting, and implementing strategies to improve sales efficiency and customer engagement.
