Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Generate Leads – Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Close Deals – Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial consultation to onboarding.
- Manage Warm Leads – Work with inbound referrals and leads from our marketing initiatives.
- Engage in Local Marketing – Participate in networking events, partner collaborations, and social media efforts to increase brand visibility.
- Consult & Educate – Help small business owners understand the benefits of switching to a high-service payroll provider.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales experience – Preferably in payroll, HR, or B2B services.
- Attention to Detail – Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven Track Record of Sales Success – Consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional Customer Service & Relationship-Building Skills – Ability to connect with clients and provide ongoing support.
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills – Ability to clearly articulate the value of payroll solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Driven – Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote role.
