Created 36 years ago, the PCA Group of Companies (PCA) is a privately-owned, global beauty holding company. Currently being led by the founders and the next generation of the family, the Group spans ~1500 employees in 5 geographic locations around the world, focused on omnichannel distribution and fulfillment for the beauty category. Multiple subsidiaries with a distinct leadership, business direction, and separate financial structure.
The PCA Group of Companies is currently seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Coordinator to round out our BEAUTYSPACE Team in Manhattan.
The E-Commerce Coordinator will assist in managing the digital platforms across all retail partners- Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Hudson Bay, and Walmart.
Essential Functions
- Assist Site team in ensuring all new brand and product launches are launched on site in a timely manner.
- Work with the brands and retailers to ensure we always have the most up to date copy and assets across sites.
- Manage asset hub for all brands.
- Identify opportunities to grow across retailers sites.
- Perform quarterly visibility reports to ensure all items are live on site
- Work closely with the retailer teams to QA site
- Manage review syndication
- Work with brands and retailers on sampling and GWP initiatives
- Plan and execute site landing pages
- Assist with the launch of BEAUTYSPACE.com
- Monitor stock on site and accuracy of product status (out of stock, limited edition, presale, etc)
This position is Hybrid (Monday-Thursday in office), Friday work-from home

Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of related experiences; Ecommerce a plus
- A keen interest in digital retail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- The ability to prioritize, use initiative and perform under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptable, resourceful and willing to take on new challenges
- Team player with excellent inter-personal skills
- 5-10 years of experience in the field or in a related field
Required Education and Competencies:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field
Compensation commensurate upon experience $25 - $30 per hour
- PTO
