Position Summary:
The Head of Sales will be responsible for achieving sales targets, optimizing productivity, and maintaining strong relationships within the retail sector. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the visibility and performance of PCA's brand portfolio in both the U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and ensure long-term business growth.

Oversee and manage field teams, fiscal budgets, and resource allocation to optimize sales performance.

Ensure effective guest-facing merchandising, special event execution, and brand education.

Build strong relationships with retailer store leadership to enhance brand presence.

Lead and manage Canada Sell-In & Sell-Out via Broker Partnerships.

Essential Functions:
-
Analyze business performance and adjust strategies through education and operational improvements.

Manage retailer schedules and collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless execution.

Conduct weekly check-ins with field teams and provide detailed feedback to management.

Track and maintain T&E budgets for the team.

Spend 2-3 days a week in-market and one week per month in NYC (except Q4).

During Q4, be in-store on Fridays and Saturdays from Thanksgiving to Christmas.

Manage key accounts with Canada Brokers.

Cross-Functional Expectations:

Provide real-time field insights and feedback to Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, and Creative Teams.

Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Warehouse, and Finance to drive growth of PCA licensed and distributed brands in Canada.

Ensure both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Oversee Warehouse Management and Teams.

Qualifications:

10 years of experience in the beauty industry, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.

Strong understanding of the retail market and current beauty trends.

Self-starter with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills for sales reporting and team coaching.

Salary Commensurate upon experience ($125,000.00 to $160,000.00)

Salary : $125,000 - $160,000
