Created 36 years ago, the PCA Group of Companies (PCA) is a privately-owned, global beauty holding company. Currently being led by the founders and the next generation of the family, the Group spans ~1500 employees in 5 geographic locations around the world, focused on omnichannel distribution and fulfillment for the beauty category. Multiple subsidiaries with a distinct leadership, business direction, and separate financial structure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and identify potential vendors for beauty products, including fragrances, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, etc.
- Compare and evaluate supplier offers and negotiate contract terms, including pricing agreements.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Responsible for monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
- Input order details into an internal database regarding vendors / suppliers, quantities, and prices.
- Review the quality of purchased products and maintain updated reports of products purchased, delivery information, and invoices.
- Prepare purchase reports including cost analyses.
