Summary :
As a Wholesale Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our reach in the beauty industry by effectively selling a diverse range of products, including fragrances, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and personal care items. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a proven track record in wholesale sales, and experience within the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively generate leads and acquire new wholesale clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage potential customers, introduce product offerings, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Present and sell a diverse range of beauty products, including fragrances, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and personal care.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
