The Peace Agency, Farmers Insurance in Fort Collins CO, is hiring sales superstars to join our growing team!

The Peace Agency is in Fort Collins near Old Town, and we are looking for sales producers that want to win! Our agency provides top-notch insurance for Auto, Home, Businesses and Life; but we don’t stop when the sale is done! The Peace Agency will continue to support our clients, both past and present. We support our team members with product training, the materials you need to offer great products, extremely competitive pay, and a competitive, friendly, and quality environment to work in.

What do you do?

- Create and present insurance proposals to prospective clients

- Finalize and submit documents as needed

- Build solid relationships that last

- Work and communicate with current clients on policy change requests

- Know and understand the clients’ needs

- Ensure clients understand what they have, answer questions

- Establish and maintain client and prospective client relationships

- Generate new business through multiple lead sources

- Support clients before, during, and after the sale

Requirements

- Active Colorado Resident Producer Property and Casualty Insurance License

- Have (or obtain within 30 days of employment) Colorado Resident Producer Accident and Health, Life Insurance License

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $31,200.00 - $36,000.00 per year
