The Peaceful Poppy Med Spa is hiring a part-time front desk position to join our rapidly growing medical spa. We strive to support people both inside and out by creating a customized plan fitting their individual needs. Our goal is to achieve optimal body function and support one’s own natural beauty.
We are looking for someone who displays an upbeat attitude, exhibits great client communication and interaction skills, has the ability to educate and sell products and treatments, in general is an upbeat person who excels with client relations and multi-tasking.

POSITION DETAILS
- Part-time
- 8-hour shifts
- Assist with marketing events as needed
- Participate in mission-driven company projects
- Front desk duties include:
- Open/closing duties
- Answering phone calls
- Patient check-in/check-out (Must be familiar with Apple products)
- Scheduling, optimizing, and managing patient bookings (initiative needed)
- Master a basic set of knowledge of services performed and products offered (on-the-job training provided)
- Extreme focus on quality customer care
- Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- Administration/front desk experience
- Previous experience with booking software
DESIRED
- Previous experience in Cosmetic Clinic / MedSpa or similar
- Ability to start ASAP
