Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Truck Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving delicious desserts from our food truck. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a passion for food service, and be committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to standards.
• Ensure the food truck is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Provide EXCELLENT service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions swiftly.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

• Experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers is required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a quick-service environment.
• Sales skills with an emphasis on upselling menu items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
