We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as restaurant support staff. As a food runner or host, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and assistance.
Responsibilities:
Food Runners:
- Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of food from the kitchen to the guests' tables
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure all orders are accurate and complete
- Assist with food preparation, including plating and garnishing dishes
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of food items
- Communicate effectively with the waitstaff to coordinate food delivery
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food running area
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery of food orders
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle physical demands, such as lifting trays and standing for long periods
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
