Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food handling and sanitation guidelines are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist in menu planning and food production to meet customer demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff as needed, providing guidance and support during service.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary techniques, and fine dining standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus but not required.
