Landscape Gardener

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in landscape maintenance and gardening, with experience in various gardening techniques. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to maintain beautiful outdoor spaces, ensuring that gardens and landscapes thrive.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
• Assist in the cultivation and care of plants, flower beds, rock beds and outdoor gardens.
• Monitor plant health and growth, implementing appropriate measures for improvement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement new garden layouts or enhancements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening activities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for growing plants and maintaining gardens.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when necessary.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
