About us
The Pebble Spa has 3 locations throughout Minnesota, focusing on business models that flourish within small communities, tourist and seasonal destinations, and urban settlements. The spas feature organic-based treatments inspired by the natural world that surrounds the spas, with treatments in massage, facials, foot, hand, body, and wellness techniques—boutiques hosting clothing, gifts, body products, and home decor round the experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the spa and boutique area
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Ensure efficient use of resources and effective time management
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all communications
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, money handling, and record keeping of guest retention
- Conduct regular meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Related experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using technology and computer applications
- Knowledge of the wellness industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
