What are the responsibilities and job description for the Signature Experience Coordinator position at The PEDDIE SCHOOL?
Peddie seeks a highly organized, high energy individual to coordinate our Signature Experience program and to lead the summer piece of the program. The Signature Program @ Peddie affords Peddie juniors and seniors the opportunity to pursue academic and co-curricular passions that promote their intellectual, social, and moral growth. Students participating in the Signature Program identify an area of learning that emphasizes both collaboration with mentors and original, independent work. Through the Signature Program, Peddie students realize their potential as young thinkers and leaders. This is a full-time faculty position and starts in August 2025. Successful candidates must:
· Manage multiple student projects at one time with patience and grace
· Represent the Signature Experience @ Peddie to various audience
· Possess excellent speaking, listening, and writing skills
· Be willing to work during the summer months
· Lead and work productively with adult colleagues
· Succinctly communicate how the program benefits the student participants
· Be a safety net for students and adults participating in the program, e.g., step in as needed to address issues
· Provide a vision and the practical skills necessary for successful Summer Signature Program
