The Pegasus School is searching for a Visual Arts and Yearbook Production Teacher to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. This position starts in mid-August 2025.

Preferred candidates are individuals hold a teaching credential; master’s degree in art education or the like; and five or more years of teaching experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a sincere and deep appreciation for working with children and the ability to challenge bright and creative students. In addition, candidates should have experience in differentiating in education, collaborating with colleagues, student-centered, twenty-first century education, and working in a Pre-K through 8th grade school setting.

The Pegasus School serves 595 students from pre-K through grade 8. The school is situated in a park-like 14-acre setting with facilities that include a theater, gymnasium, art studios, science and technology labs, library and classrooms. Pay Range: $70,000 to $105,000 per year. Salary is based on experience, education, and expertise.
This is a full-time, ten-month position.
