With innovation and quality at the core of what we do, we’re looking for an entry level 3D Design Draftsman to support our engineering and production teams in creating top-notch products that meet real-world needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Create, update, and maintain detailed engineering drawings and documentation
- Interpret and understand technical drawings and 3D models
- Digitize and modernize existing designs using SolidWorks
- Execute Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
- Provide drawings and specifications in response to sales requests
- Support production and tooling teams with accurate documentation
- Participate in design reviews and offer creative input
What You Bring:
- 2 years of experience in SolidWorks (or portfolio submission)
- CSWA Certification (required)
- AutoCAD experience (a plus, but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with engineering office protocols
- Knowledge of metal manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand tools
- Sharp attention to detail
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)

- Coordinate daily assignments with your supervisor
- Maintain professional appearance and workplace conduct
- Accurately complete all related paperwork and documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Report any incidents or safety concerns promptly
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, verbal communication)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Strong attendance and punctuality required to meet production schedules
Physical Requirements:
- Simple grasping with both hands (up to 10 hours)
- Walking on level concrete or asphalt (intermittently, up to 2 hours/day)
Work Environment:
- Office and manufacturing plant setting
