Apartment Complex in Coats is looking for a part time handyman/maintenance technician. Painting, cleaning, carpentry, plumbing skills required. Light knowledge of Plumbing and electrical most helpful. Must be willing to carry emergency telephone on alternating weeks. Must have valid drivers license, reliable transportation and some tools and be able to pass a credit and criminal background check as well as a drug test.
