About the Role
We think our Host team is a pretty big deal. There is no other role in our dining operation that has the great responsibility and privilege of providing an exceptional first and last impression for each and every guest that dines in (and out) with us. The conductor of service flow, the hub of knowledge for all things restaurant-related, the executor of warm welcomes and fond farewells - our host team members are essential to creating exemplary dining experiences for our members and guests.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00
Job Type: Full-time, part-time and season positions available
Schedule/Shift: Nights and weekends
Your Contribution to Our Team Includes:
- Deliver a positive first impression by warmly greeting guests
- Guide guests safely and professionally through our dining room to their table while engaging in friendly conversation
- Act as the "hub of knowledge" for service team members and guests regarding all things restaurant-related
- Conduct of the flow of service - strategically plotting reservations and walk-ins, managing the wait list and ensuring an appropriate seat rotation to set our service staff up for a successful shift
- Ensure that the Host Stand and surrounding areas are clean, stocked and "show-ready" for a seamless shift

Must-Have Minimum Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
_- Clear background screening and employment authorized
- A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
- Available to work some holidays & weekends preferred_
