The Penisula Regent is looking to fill our Facility Services Director position.
What You’ll Be Doing
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to develop, implement and enforce policies & procedures in regards to all Facilities Services & Maintenance needs as well as oversee compliance with local, state, & federal agency fire life safety codes. In this role, the Facility Services Director will oversee managing Department Operating Budget and Capital Expense Budget, purchasing & inventory and directs quality assurance measures and procedures for the department. Responsible for Overseeing Campus Emergency Preparedness Manual, and to routinely engage and communicate with residents regarding campus updates. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills will be essential for this role to enable success with staffing needs as well as coaching, training, and staff supervision.
About the Community: The Peninsula Regent is made up of 207 full-service condominiums, 20 assisted living studios and four penthouse guest suites on a 2-acre estate with over 50,000 square feet of club level. It is operated by Bay Area Senior Services, Inc., a nonprofit subsidiary of Pacific Retirement Services (PRS). PRS has more than 50 years of continuing care experience and operates a diverse family of nonprofit senior living communities in 8 states
Salary: $150,000-$180,000

Salary: $150,000-$180,000
About You
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in facility services, building operations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ facility services leadership experience, including budgeting, performance management, discipline, and management of employees.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, facility services, construction management, or a related field preferred.
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Building Operation Manager (BOM) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and meet Pacific Retirement Services' (PRS’s) Employment Driver Guidelines.
- Ability to fill out forms, keep accurate records, and submit reports.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand specifications, plans and drawing.
- Proficiency in accounting for budgeting purposes.
- Knowledge of regulatory codes and standards.
- Knowledge of fire prevention, fire suppression, and fire alarm systems.
- Customer service, team building, and leadership experience is preferred.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
