What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Supervisor position at The Penn Harris Hotel?
We're looking for an energetic Restaurant Supervisor in our Mercato Mio restaurant at the Penn Harris Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham.
This position will oversee the restaurant, inventory, ordering, scheduling, etc. We're looking for a "Hands On" person who can fill in as a server, bartender and possibly assist in the kitchen.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have prior food and beverage supervisory experience.
- Must be RAMP certified or have the ability to become RAMP certified.
- Experience as a Server/Bartender/Host/Hostess
- Experience with POS system, preferably Toast
