Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.Critical Success Factors

- Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.

- Prior direct care experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
