JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
PENN STATE BERKS First Year Mentors are required to successfully pass CNED 304. Roles of the mentor may vary by first year seminar class, but include:
- Supporting first year students as they transition to college
- Assisting with attendance during the class experience
Facilitating lesson plans during class time
