**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all sanitation regulations - Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service **Experience:** - Previous experience in a bartending role preferred - Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills - Familiarity with POS systems - Strong time management skills - Sales and customer service-oriented mindset - Hospitality experience is a plus - Understanding of brewing techniques is advantageous - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service
