- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to enhance performance and service quality.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor occupancy levels and assist with room assignments as needed.
- Uphold hotel standards of service excellence while fostering a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
